Fall 2009, Pella Windows.  Here, we took out an existing leaking window and replaced it with 6 Pella windows to make
one complete unit.  This is a beautiful window and lets in a lot of sunlight and gives great views out into the trees.
Window is energy star rated, fully sealed with caulk under the nailing fins and window tape.  Exterior is maintainance
free with aluminum cladding and Pella's white vinyl trim.

The pictures below are of a bi-level garden positioned in the upper corner of the yard for the homeowner.  Also,
an extension to the existing deck (doubling the size to 900 sq. ft.), a new larger concrete pad leading out of the
finished basement (basement completed by O.C.S. in 2006) with a small retaining wall to match the garden, and
new river rock spread under the deck.  The wall is made from EP Henry Terrace Wall blocks in Harvest Blend.
Since this area is for decoration no permit is needed but keep in mind if you plan on building  retaining wall that
will carry a load you will need to check with your local township because most likely a permit is needed.  Click on

The basement below is one of O'Connor Construction Services most recent additions to its collection of projects.
This area used to be an unfinished area approximately 1,400 square feet in size.  The homeowners wanted a
bar/kitchen area, media room, play room for their daughter, and a bathroom.  Incorporated in the design are two
archways, one connecting the media room and bar area and the other connecting the playroom and bar area, a
bathroom with shower stall, modern vanity and upflush toilet system, 700 square feet of Italian Marble Tile, accent
lighting with pendant lighting and recessed lighting, Kraft Maid Cabinetry with granite counter top, large plasma
television mounted over gas fireplace, 2 storage closets and a large utility room, and we redesigned the stairway
to open up the room.  All work was completed by O'Connor Construction Services with the exception of the gas
hook up for the fireplace and the carpet was completed by Valley Forge Rug Co.  Just click on the thumbnails to

Spring 2008.  Homeowner gets hit with the southern exposure pretty hard on this deck so he decided to extend
the deck 6 foot and have a roof built, size 20' wide by 16' deep.  What a huge difference!!!!  They can now enjoy
the deck on those hot and sunny afternoons.  Not to mention, they also help keep the radiant heat from the sun
out of the family room and dining room because the roof blocks the sun's rays, keeping those rooms cooler.  As
an added touch, O.C.S. installed white pvc lattice around the entire deck.  Finally, you will notice the roof only
has two columns holding it up and not one every 6 foot or so.  It was designed like this for maximum viewing.

Below is a deck that was refaced using TimberTech decking and railing.  The decking is composed of Wlanut
and Rosewood colors and the railing is Radiance Railing in Black.  You can see how the deck is picture framed
with the Walnut as well as the stair treads and the risers are in Rosewood.  This deck turned out beautiful and
was completed in the fall of 2009.

Below is a deck completed in July of 2008 and is built using an all pressure treated frame, 12" on center joist
spacing for the diagonal deck boards, Trex Brasilia decking in Burnished Amber (main deck) and Cayenne (pricture
frame).  It was built to be completely seamless, meaning there are no deck boards butted next to each other to
complete the run, and every fastener is hidden.  When you walk up to this deck you cannot see one fastener and
the deck has extremely clean lines and you do not have to worry about nails/screws ever popping out and cutting
your foot.  The bench is custom built to wrap the deck and was also built with the hidden fastener system.  If you are
planning on building a deck, the hidden fastener system is the way to go, it is more expensive, but look at the
results.  It is just a beautiful deck built within a contemporary design. Click image to enlarge.
The pictures below are of a bathroom completed in January 2010.  We took the exisitng master bathroom and
completely gave it a face lift.  It used to be covered in the builder's grade white ceramic tile on the floor, around the
tub, and in the shower stall.  We used travertine tiles with various accent pieces and as you can see from the
pictures, completely changed the look from a standard builder's grade bathroom into an elegant, classy master
bathroom.  Includes upgrading existing 32" door to a double 18" interior door, making it a 36" door and a custom tile
shower base.  Project was a lot of fun and turned out great.
Below is a paver patio completed in the Spring of 2011.  There used to be an above ground pool that the homeowner
removed and wanted useful outdoor living space.  They chose an EP Henry Village Square style paver with a random
pattern with a fire pit. Now they have a beautiful outdoor patio that they can enjoy while sitting by a nice fire.
